I’m sooooo looking forward to next week because a) it’s a 2.5 day work week here, b) my baby sister is coming to visit on Thursday, and c) my other sister is arriving on Friday. All three sisters in one place at one time, that practically never happens! Now all we need is our brother to fly in for the weekend to complete the bunch.
Since I only need to pack 2 lunches for next week (but will pack something also for Wednesday just in case) I’m bringing back my dreamy light Napa Cabbage Slaw for a couple of days, and mixing up a burrito bowl on Tuesday. On Friday I’m going to take my sister and brother-in-law around Stockholm (they’re first timers) and am planning for lunch in the saluhall in Östermalm for a super Swedish experience. Then on Friday when my other sister and her husband arrive, we’ll have a picnic dinner and rosé overlooking my favourite view in all of Stockholm. But we’ll have to take it easy on Friday night because we’ll be prepping for a certain someone’s (cough*paul*cough) 40th birthday bash on Saturday. So much to look forward to!
