what’s good around the web!

Green tulips are my favourite! This time of year is so amazing, so much tough winter behind us, so much amazing weather to look forward to. I love it!

What’s good around the web is a weekly series where I share some of what I’ve been reading around the web. Each week I’ll be posting links to five nutrition related articles, good recipes, and just general good reads. I hope you enjoy it!

If you’ve got at article or recipe you’d like to see featured, please email me.

2. You gotta try this mango coconut water smoothie!

3. Have trouble cooking perfect eggs? This interactive egg timer cracks me up (no pun intended).

Glad you liked the smoothie, and that’s a great article on healthy sandwhiches – who knew there could be so many calories lurking in a tortilla wrap!?
(I’m totally jealous of your green tulips – beautiful picture.)

The smoothie was great! I unfortunately didn’t have any mint and I subbed a lemon in for lime, but it was still really tasty. I’ll have to try it again the ‘proper’ way soon!

Tortilla wraps are total tricksters! They look all innocent because they’re so thin, but are often equivalent to a couple of slices of white bread for just one!

Interesting articles. Taxes on bad food, Subsidies for bad food. Why can’t I stop myself from eating this stuff if it makes me feel so bad. Seems we are very confused about food.
The tulips almost stole the show here. Very beautiful! I will be seeking some of these beauties for my new garden.
